Swapping a faucet looks like a thirty minute job until you’re on your back in the cabinet with a basin wrench, a supply line that won’t break loose, and a shutoff valve that hasn’t been turned since the house was built.

That’s most of what we get called on. Not the faucet, the twenty year old valve behind it. We bring the parts to handle both, so it doesn’t turn into two trips and a weekend without a kitchen sink.

We’ve been doing this in Spring since 2017 and we’ve got 320+ five-star reviews from folks around here.

Kitchen Faucet Installation in Spring, TX

Pull-down, pull-out, touchless, bridge, bar and prep faucets, we install all of it. Usually about an hour when the shutoffs cooperate.

The thing to check before you buy is the hole count in your sink. A one-hole faucet in a three-hole sink needs a deck plate to cover the rest, and a three-hole setup won’t fit a single-hole sink at all. Send us a photo before you order and we’ll tell you what fits, which beats finding out with the box already open.

If there’s a garbage disposal or a dishwasher tied into the same drain, we check those connections while we’re under there. That’s when it’s free to catch a problem.

Bathroom Faucet Installation

Centerset, widespread, wall mount and vessel faucets. The measurement that matters is the spread between your existing holes, usually 4 inches for centerset or 8 for widespread. Get that wrong and nothing lines up.

Doing more than the faucet? A bathroom plumbing job done all at once is cheaper than the same work spread across three visits, and we’d rather tell you that than bill you three times.

Sink Installation and Sink Repair in Spring, TX

People search for the faucet and mean the sink about half the time, so to be clear: we do both.

  • Sink installation. Drop-in, undermount and farmhouse. Undermount and farmhouse need the counter to support them, so that gets sorted before anything comes out.
  • Sink replacement. New sink into an existing counter. What matters is the cutout, and whether your new one matches it.
  • Leaking sink drain. Usually the basket strainer or the tailpiece gasket. Cheap parts, quick visit, and worth doing before the cabinet floor swells.
  • Slow or clogged sink. If it’s just that sink, it’s local. If every drain in the house is slow, that’s a different conversation and it starts with drain cleaning.

Faucet Repair: When It’s Worth Fixing

A dripping faucet is worth fixing, and not only for the water. The drip is a worn part, and worn parts don’t stay in one place.

If you’re replacing aerators every few months, that’s hard water, not the faucet. Spring runs 11 to 14 grains per gallon, which is very hard, and a water softener fixes the cause instead of the symptom.

Bring Your Own Faucet, or We’ll Get It

Both are fine. Plenty of people find the one they want online and just need it put in, and we’re happy to install a fixture you bought.

One thing we’ll say straight: a cheap faucet is cheap on the inside where you can’t see it, and we’re the ones coming back in two years. If you show us what you’re looking at, we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a good buy. No commission either way.

Faucet and Sink Questions We Get From Spring Homeowners

How long does faucet installation take?

About an hour for a standard replacement. Longer if the shutoff valves are seized or corroded, which on an older Spring house is common enough that we carry the parts for it.

Can I supply my own faucet?

Absolutely. Send us a photo of your sink and the faucet you’re considering and we’ll confirm it fits before you buy it.

Is a dripping faucet worth repairing?

Usually yes. It’s typically a cartridge or a washer, which is a small part and a short visit. Replacement only makes sense when the faucet is corroded through or parts for it no longer exist.

Why does my faucet have low water pressure?

If it’s only that one faucet, it’s almost always a scaled-up aerator or cartridge, and that’s a quick fix. If pressure is down all over the house, the problem is upstream and worth looking at properly.

Do you install sinks as well as faucets?

Yes. Kitchen and bathroom, drop-in, undermount and farmhouse, plus the drain work underneath. If you’re doing sink and faucet together, do them in one visit.

My faucet keeps clogging up with white buildup. Why?

That’s scale from hard water. Spring is 11 to 14 grains per gallon. Cleaning the aerator handles it for a while, softening the water handles it for good.
